About the role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage the organisation’s human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and processes, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment and talent development, and ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Management or a related field.
At least 5 years' relevant HR experience, with experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of South African employment and labour legislation.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
- Experience handling disciplinary matters and grievances.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
